The coaching process often involves working on specific goals, projects or transitions that are going on in your life right now. Coaching can overlap with some aspects of individual psychotherapy, however it tends to focus more on helping clients who are already doing fairly well to reach their “peak performance.” During the coaching process, I help clients to explore their values and goals. We then work together to identify obstacles or challenges that may be in the way of effectively moving towards these goals. Overall, coaching is about striving for change in the direction of your aspirations so that you can have the life you want to have.
